New Universal Fit 40hp Rotary Cutter Mounting Plate. Mounting Plate is 3/16" thick, 20" length, 13-1/2. The Plate has a 1" offset, center hole is 5-5/16" and the bolt holes are 11/16" with a 4-3/4" square bolt pattern with a diagonal.

Of 6-3/4 that matches most all 40hp. You can cut your old Plate out and weld ours in or weld our right to yours. They are made in the USA. NOTE: Mounting Plate will come UNPAINTED.
