LEGO CUSTOM MODULAR ENGLISH PUB / TOWN HOUSE. ITEM NOT AVAILABLE IN SHOPS AS IT IS A CUSTOM MODEL. It has connectors in the walls to connect with other Lego modular buildings: 10182 Cafe Corner, 10185 Green Grocer, 10190 Market Street, 10197 Fire Brigade, 10211 Grand Emporium, 10218 Pet Shop, 10224 Town Hall, 10232 Palace Cinema, 10243 Parisian Restaurant, 10246 Detective's Office, 10251 Brick Bank, 10255 Assembly Square, 10260 Downtown Diner and 10264 Corner Garage.

Built of mainly new and some used. Inspired by European architecture and other people creations. I used the dark and light bluish grey with metallic grill tile for pavement to match other modular buildings as you can see in the photos. The Pub at the ground floor is furnished as you can see in the photos, the inside of the upper floors of the house is for you to furnish. Traditional British post box was designed by One More Brick.

I included few photos of the street with other modular houses so you can see that this one is as tall as a Town Hall set. It will be packaged well and will come built as in the photos, all the little elements for outside like lamps, connectors, etc. Will be bagged inside the house for safer transport. There are no instructions available for this model. Please provide mobile number for a courier if possible!
